About

We Livery

Established over 20 years ago as a family business in Oxfordshire, Sign Language is today a market-leading innovator of vehicle livery solutions.

Based at both our original Witney home and the Bedford facility of our parent company, CGI Creative Graphics International, we employ over 60 people servicing the diverse and challenging requirements of the UK commercial vehicle fleet industry.

In a fragmented market saturated with an array of confusing and conflicting products and services Sign Language prides itself on its heritage of customer service excellence, new product development and value for money.

Our investment in people and technology further differentiates us from much of our competition, as does our core product proposition – vehicle livery.

It’s what we know and it’s all we do!

Our people have over 100 years of fleet branding experience working with vehicle convertors, fleet management organisations and directly with fleet managers.

We’re proud to manage some of the largest fleets across the UK together with the majority of the FN50 and a growing number of the AM100 where dealer groups look to expand a full service proposition to their commercial vehicle fleet customers.

We work with a panel of globally recognised supply partners including Avery, Arlon, Metamark, Orafol and 3M underpinning our consultative approach to our clients requirements and ensuring independent and unbiased advice.

If you are considering a new or additional livery partner we would love to share our story with you.

We Livery.

Why the automotive industry?

A complete petrol head with equal interests in design and efficiency so it’s a perfect industry for me!

Got what it takes?

Petrol head since birth, my first word was ‘car’ and pretty much been in the vehicle graphics industry, and Sign Language specifically, since I left school. It’s all I’ve ever known!

First car?

VW Golf Mk1 (followed by another 4 of them!).

Favourite race car?

That’s a tough one as it would need to be a fleet! Certainly the legendary McLaren F1 for the ultimate drive, a BAC Mono for a track toy, a Golf Mk1 GTI for old times sake, a McLaren 675LT and a Ferrari 458 Speciale for weekend blasts, a VW Splitscreen camper for picnics with the family and a Porsche 911 Turbo S as the every dayer. My wife would have the 5 seater daily to put all the kids in!!!

Favourite Pantone colour?

PQ-2171C.

Life motto

Do it with passion or not at all.

I must have, no one can blag their way through 33 years of deadlines.
