Vehicle Livery Guarantee

We recognise the range of factors that can potentially impact the performance of vehicle graphics. To prevent any challenges arising we give careful consideration when specifying materials for individual client projects. Our products withstand final product testing to ensure we meet the highest level of performance.

Our experienced project managers and engineers use the latest materials, technology and manufacturing techniques to produce products to the highest possible standard.

Sign Language work with a number of market leading manufacturers to ensure the appropriate material and warranties are selected. Further consideration is also given to vehicle type, location and use together with the expected replacement cycle of a fleet thus ensuring a product proposition that is both fit for purpose and realistic in terms of budget.

In-house production

Our design and production teams work closely together at the outset to address potential challenges – a critical control to maintain efficient outputs and cost down initiatives. Production methods are strictly controlled by internationally recognised safety and quality standards.

By using industry leading technology combined with standardised manufacturing processes we provide our clients a consistent sustainable product. These processes are rigorously tested to ensure conformance at all stages which is backed by our accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Internal and external audits allow us to partner with blue-chip clients in the knowledge that the product will surpass expected life cycles in the toughest of environments.

Safety is paramount and we are proud of our “safety first culture” which has been acknowledged by the award of the Safe Contractor Certificate.

The diversity of our client’s requirements dictates that our focus on independence and product performance works right through our business and beyond.  Our supply partners come from across the globe and represent the very best that the print industry offers including Lintec in Japan, 3M and Arlon in the USA, Orafol in Germany and Metamark in the UK.

These relationships are critical to our success, not just as market leading partners aligning with our philosophy on product performance but also on new product development and continuous product improvement programmes.  Project timescales also require an effective and reliable supply chain and our procurement teams work closely with our partners to ensure on-time material supply to our two UK production locations.

Sign Language undertakes rigorous raw material and final product testing to ensure that we exceed customer specification requirements, as well as our own high quality standards.

Polymer and ink technologists within our laboratories continuously test and validate inks, face films, adhesives and processing technologies to ensure that they are compliant with environmental, legislative and specification requirements. We expose our products to accelerated weathering, climatic testing and destructive mechanical tests to intimately understand the performance of our products.

We test our product constructions regularly to ensure compliance with customer’s specifications and as part of our continuous product improvement programme we review incumbent products against new developments in the market.

Really impressed with the level of service and friendly team… the dealerships look great and I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.
